The St. Pancras Hotel

The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel is one of those iconic London buildings you can’t help but look up at if you’re ever near King’s Cross. I don’t get down to London all that often, so I haven’t got tired of the view. And on the inside it’s just as impressive, with grand staircases and ornate windows. A sensational backdrop for a wedding.

Hazel Gap Barn

As I’ve mentioned in one of my previous blog posts, I’ve been lucky enough to shoot at the Cripps & Co. wedding barns a number of times over my years as a wedding videographer. It was a pleasure to pay another visit to my local Hazel Gap in Budby for Amy & Tori’s wedding.

Belvoir Castle

Cannons! A sensation backdrop and soundtrack to an amazing castle based wedding

Carriage Hall

My business has taken me to some great places; London, the Cotswolds, Cornwall, the Lake District, France, and recently Greece to name just a few. There’s a temptation in wanting to go to new places and explore further afield. If I needed a little reminder of how good we’ve got it in our own backyard of Nottingham, Lauren and Ollie’s wedding at Carriage Hall provided just that.

Cripps Barn

I’ve been fortunate enough to film at a number of the Cripps & Co. Barns over the years, including Shustoke Barn and my local Hazel Gap, and I always enjoy my bookings there, the venues are great and the staff team are always super organised and friendly. Amy and Will got married at Cripps Barn in Gloucestershire, and it was my first visit to the original Cripps venue in the Cotswolds.

Swancar Farm

Swancar Farm is the venue I’ve shot at the most out of any but it’s anything but samey and boring. Rebecca & Tom’s wedding was a perfect example of how each wedding I’ve shot there is unique. People are always first and foremost for me, their actions and stories are always the first building blocks of my films, after all I’m there to document the day of two people; not bricks and mortar.

The Balmoral Hotel

Destination weddings don’t always have to be in the scorching heat or flanked by castles. Navreen and Amir chose Edinburgh for their wedding as it holds a strong importance to them as a couple, and it was the perfect place for them to begin their married life. I loved that they chose to wed in a place that was so special to them personally, as it added an extra layer of emotion to the day.
